seems to be my fav word these days.haha!stuff dat doesn't appeal to me is like - scrap.like the other dae, i was sayin...example:his face like scrap man,wah dat looks so scrappy,bla bla bla.haha...kinda mean but it certainly fits the description.
& i got an early b-dae prezzie dis yr from mummie which is quite a rarity cos she always doesn't seem to noe wat to get for me.she's been buggin me to accompany her to the IT fair @ suntec ever since it opened during one of the wkdays.so i said okay...& she said saturdae lar.supposed to be juz me & her but acap & nina wanted to tag along.as usual...
anyway,there were sooo many people.can form a stampede seh.maybe cos it was a saturdae.acap said dat if there was a fire,everyone would die cos u can't even walk w/o having to push your way around & of coz, i get so pissed seh wen dat happens.hate crowds but had to drag myself there.mummie was like leadin the the 4 of us & we juz tagged along to the booths she wanted to visit.she bought herself a thumbdrive cos she din wanna borrow mine anymore.pretty useful really..the thumbdrive i mean.anyway, somehow, we arrived at the 'creative' booth where there were like a trillion people!it was so packed with people seh!oh & i met kok leong there.the guy from NETS where i used to work at durin the hols.acap checked out the functions but i told him it looks like scrap.& he was like,do u go for looks or functionality?looks of coz!im not the kind to go for functionality as much altho it has to hav a certain rep of coz.mummie said the designed sucked too.she din exactly use the word sucky tho...haha.juz my words.but in dat sense lar.she doesn't like fat and bulky stuff as well.like mother like daughter ar?haha...so we walked towards the entrance of the hall where we noticed imac's booth but din visit.mummie brought us to the ipod area where there were displays dat one could try them out.ipod,ipod mini & shuffle were on display.i wasn't so interested in them so juz looked ard lar...im not really into the techie stuff.after a while,mummie's like 'wat colour & design u like?'i was like 'huh?' she's been meanin to get me an mp3 player dis yr...dats y she was like so insistent wantin me to accompany her to the fair.she thot it was the 'in' thing now for youngsters.which is pretty true but not really for me.haha! & i asked her 'u really wanna get me an ipod?& not a car?' & mum's like 'haha..yar...i'll get u hot wheels.or the miniature ones sold at tangs.i dun like the creative zen one cos it's too fat & ugly.tink ipod's nicer and sleeker' . & so i chose - the green one cos it reminded me of volkswagen, the metallic green one...similar to dat.well,even if i can't get the car,juz owning the colour is consolin enuf i guess.haha! juz psychoin myself into ownin wat i can't hav.oh & the bez part was,mummie got one for acap & nina as well cos she din wan us to quarrel & complain of her bein unfair.but im like..hey,it's my b-dae prezzie.wat happened to the idea of exclusivity?haha...but no complains ar.got the ipod mini cos the ipod comes only in limited colours & it reminds me of my palmtop,the size i mean.ipod shuffle on the other hand is pretty small & convenient but it doesn't hav a screen for u to view the playlist.it looks like a thumbdrive tho.& it comes in 2 sizes only - 512 mb & 1gig.acap & nina chose silver & pink respectively.so now we hav 3 ipods in the house...it always boils down to havin the same stuff for us siblings at the end of the day.haha...wif mumme to thank for of coz.thx mum for the prezzie!lurve u all the same altho you cldn't grant me a car as the 'ideal' prezzie for me!hehe..okay,shall not be a bitch.im thankful enuf.
todae's sun & i've not removed my ipod from the packagin yet.too many stuff to do...for skul.acap's the ferz to open it & explore wif the device laz nyte.& he was like,never check out ures ar?well,dat can wait ...if i dun finish my assignment,im gonna get screwed.haha!cos i came home late laz nyte.met ayang for dinner & only reached home ard 1+.was supposed to get started on my work yesterday but woke up late den i went out the whole day.woke up at noon today & immediately got crackin on my work.& finally im done wif it now!pretty relieved cos havin deviance's gp meetin on tuesday.stil haven't touched my tourism one tho but dat can wait cos my brain juices hav dried up for now.& dat gp meetin is on fri so i stil hav time.
hav a lec to attend tomoro for 2 hrs & im free for the day!yay!mummie's takin half day since nina's havin 1-wk break from skul so she wans to bring nina jalan-jalan.youngest child lar...so more pampered den me & acap ar.hehe..but itz okay.its kinda xpected cos nina's too dependent on mummie since there's no one else.told mummie dat if im free from my responsibilities,i'll meet them in town after skul.so wil c how.not sure wat they wanna do in town tho.shoppin?watch movie?but either way,it'll be gd enuf for me...all i need is to get out of skul!tink i've been spendin waaaay too much time in skul dis sem.ahha...due to my gp meetins held in skul.usually leave skul at nyte wen there's deviance meetin.feels so studious.haha...but we crap a lot too as a gp.
okay den,gonna use my mask now...sleep tite everyone to embrace the start of the new wk tomoro...
